I was thrilled to have the opportunity to design and illustrate a souvenir poster for a truly inspiring journey. A cyclist embarked on an incredible charity ride from Bristol to Barcelona, covering 17 days of adventure, challenges, and unforgettable memories. The poster I created captures this remarkable experience, featuring a detailed map of the entire route and marking the 17 stops made along the way.
For each stop, I illustrated a unique memory that encapsulated the essence of the journey—each one a special moment from the cycle, from triumphs to personal reflections. The final piece is more than just a map; it’s a visual narrative of dedication, hard work, and the incredible achievements made along the way. To ensure the poster was as high quality as the journey itself, I arranged for a classy giclee print that perfectly captured the vibrant colours and details of the illustration. I was then delighted to hand deliver the print to their offices in Portishead, making sure it was presented in the most personal and thoughtful way. It was an honour to bring this journey to life, celebrating the cyclist’s passion for charity and adventure. This project was not only about creating art but about telling a story that will live on as a lasting reminder of an extraordinary challenge.

🔍 Spot the boss… and 10 pineapples?!
I had so much fun creating this Where’s Wally–inspired illustration for Edwards Vacuum in Clevedon! Packed with colour, detail, and a few cheeky surprises, the artwork uses their brand colour palette and features none other than their company boss hidden in plain sight. Oh—and did I mention there are 10 pineapples to find? 👀🍍 It’ll be featured in their next newsletter as a fun, engaging way to celebrate the team and brighten up the day! Want your business brought to life in illustrated form? Message me for custom artwork that’s as playful or professional as you like. Alongside Tickenham Parish Council, I have created a fresh, engaging way to welcome visitors and help them explore! I’ve recently been working on a brand new illustrated information board for the village—designed to highlight its unique character, key landmarks, and stunning natural surroundings.
A Map That Does More This isn’t just any map—it's a custom vector-based illustration, created to be both eye-catching and practical. With a clear "You Are Here" marker and thoughtfully placed points of interest, the board makes it easy for walkers, locals and visitors alike to get their bearings and discover more of what Tickenham has to offer. There are going to be 6-8 boards in the series so these little markers make it easy to locate each board. Illustrating Tickenham’s Charm From the peaceful stretch of Cadbury Camp Lane to the views across the moors, I’ve loved capturing what makes this village special. Each detail was carefully drawn to reflect Tickenham’s quiet beauty, rural charm, and historical significance. Bright colours and clean lines help the board stand out while staying sympathetic to its surroundings. Coming Soon... The board will be installed soon in a prominent location, offering a handy guide for walkers, nature lovers, and anyone passing through. It’s designed to inform, inspire, and make the journey through Tickenham just that little bit more enjoyable. Creating work like this—where illustration, design, and community come together—is always a pleasure. 🌟 Need something similar?
