| Celebrating a Somerset Christmas: My illustration on the cover of Somerset Life! I’m absolutely thrilled to share that I designed the front cover of the Christmas 2024 issue of Somerset Life magazine. This festive illustration captures a snowy scene from West Pennard, looking towards the iconic Glastonbury Tor. It was such a joy to create, and seeing it in print is a proud moment for me as an artist. Inside the magazine, you’ll find a feature showcasing my other illustrations as well as an interview where I chat about my work, inspiration, and how Somerset continues to influence my designs. |  |

The logo incorporates the essence of community and collaboration, central to the Partnership’s mission. With a focus on local wildlife, they wanted to include wading birds, specifically the curlew and lapwing, which are iconic to the Clevedon area. These birds symbolise both the natural beauty of the region and the delicate balance between nature and climate.
In addition to the logo, I also created a brand guide and templates for newsletters, ensuring consistency in future communications. The result is a visual identity that brings together the beauty of Clevedon’s nature and the spirit of community action, while providing a versatile foundation for the Partnership’s continued work in promoting environmental change.The Brief: To produce a logo and brand for a new environmentally focussed group in Clevedon.

This first collection features three distinct designs, each inspired by locations close to my heart.
Clevedon Cushion: Celebrating the North Somerset coastal town's charm with images of Clevedon Pier, St. Andrew's Church, the iconic Curzon Cinema, the Clock Tower and the bandstand.
Bristol Cushion: Celebrating Bristol's vibrance with images of Clifton Suspension Bridge, Bristol Hippodrome, Bristol Temple Meads station, SS Great Britain and more. See if you can spot the references to iconic street artist Banksy too!
Somerset Cushion: Honoring Wells Cathedral, Glastonbury Tor, Glastonbury Abbey and more.

I'm an illustrator, freelance graphic designer and artist with nearly 20 years experience of working on eye-catching tourism campaigns, multi-million pound bids, illustrated maps, company branding, personalised illustrations and more.
I split my time between the beautiful seaside town of Clevedon, North Somerset and Alicante in sunny Southern Spain. These two places provide inspiration and encourage creative expression in my designs. I can also help with projects that are required in Spanish or English.
