After the planned Clevedon Literary Festival was postponed in 2020 because of you know what, the event is finally coming to Clevedon on June 11/12, 2021! And I'm pleased to show off the map and flyer that I've designed for the event, which I also illustrated too. Someone has put the flyer up outside their house, below. All the details for the festival are on its Facebook page here.

There is a beautiful Christmas lights display in Alexandra Gardens in Clevedon at the moment!
Funded by Clevedon businesses, the Clevedon BID has put up some beautiful lights in the park between the two independent shopping streets of Alexandra Road and Hill Road to make it look like an enchanted forest at night. They are switched on at 3pm every night and there are also other lights on Hill Road and Alexandra Road. The park itself is a beautiful place to visit in the day too as dozens of squirrels charge around, up and down the trees. It's also just a short walk from the seafront and Clevedon Pier. The November 2020 edition of the Clevedon & Yatton Living magazine features a story -- on page 6 -- about the logo that I recreated to mark the 50th anniversary of the collapse of the beautiful Clevedon Pier in north Somerset, England,  The plaque was unveiled on the point where the pier actually collapsed by Julia Elton, the daughter of Sir Arthur Elton who founded the Clevedon Pier Preservation Trust. I've illustrated Clevedon Pier in various ways over the last few years -- and turned them into Christmas cards, greetings cards, prints and even a jigsaw. I'm jumping into the jigsaw game!
My illustration of the iconic Clevedon Pier in North Somerset (where One Direction's Niall Horan, Liam Payne, Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson and Zayn Malik filmed their 2014 music video for 'You & I') is now a 1,000-piece jigsaw puzzle. Perfect for the winter? Given how we are now again spending a lot more time at home due to you know what... This is a limited edition run -- I have just five for sale. And I won't be selling this exact image as a jigsaw again. It's in the same style as one of my best-selling prints of Clevedon Pier, but with a few added characters (can you spot the Banksy?)
