Case Study: Bespoke illustration of Clevedon Care Home Alvony House

Alvony House is a beautiful Victorian building with modern features and nestled in the heart of Clevedon., North Somerset.

I was commissioned to illustrate the buildings which spread over a very large area covering two roads and an impressive ancient conifer tree right in the middle.

The client wanted to showcase some of the amenities the care home offers such as the bus for day trips and its outside space. Because of the nature of the building and imposing nature of the conifer I introduced details that encourages the viewer to keep looking at the image.

​Creating intrigue really adds impact to to illustrations and with a subject so emotive ​my artistic representations can evoke emotions and help potential residents feel more connected to the care home, making it easier for them to envision themselves living there.
