With less than 24hours notice and 1 week to complete, I put together this busy, characterful twilight poster for the Beard and Sabre market. After taking a few snaps of Queen's Square I did a rough sketch of the area, distorting the view slightly so I could include the iconic clock tower, then gradually built my illustration with characters, lights and little scenes to bring the market alive. Using my design skills I finished off adding the headlines and important details in Indesign, ready for print. Look out for the large B2 versions appearing on Clevedon seafront.

After the planned Clevedon Literary Festival was postponed in 2020 because of you know what, the event is finally coming to Clevedon on June 11/12, 2021! And I'm pleased to show off the map and flyer that I've designed for the event, which I also illustrated too. Someone has put the flyer up outside their house, below.
