Puffins are my favourite birds, so this year I released these puffin Christmas cards.

I've seen puffins on the beautiful Farne Islands, off the coast of Northumberland, once. We stayed in the lovely little town of Seahouses and went for walks on the massive beaches before heading up to the North York Moors and having an amazing fish and chips at the Magpie in Whitby.  I've also seen puffins on Skomer Island, off the Pembrokeshire coast, twice -- where it involved a very early start and drive across Wales because you can't book tickets on the boat, it's first come first served.

As with all my cards, they are printed on thick recycled paper, come with an envelope made from recycled paper and are packaged in a biodegradable packet.
